Alejandro, from Granja la Llueza presents these delicious confit duck legs made in the own workshop of his farm, totally artisanal, as homemade and with totally natural products from their own ducks.
The confit is a slow cooking duck meat, salted, in its own fat. Once cooked two thighs are introduced into glass jars with 750 gr. of product being sterilized for preservation.
Simply heating them are ready to consume. But if you prefer, with confit duck legs you can cook multiple and various easy recipes.
Is not necessary the fridge while the jar is not open.They have a best-before date of about four years.
