    When will I receive my order?

    The delivery time is 24 hours if you place your order before 12:00. If done later period is 48 hours. It is possible that through no fault DNAartisan 24 hours delivery delay. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

    The delivery schedule of the carrier is from 9:00 am to 19:00 pm.

    In the “SPECIAL Delivery from producer” category you will find some products that are sent directly by the producer. In these cases the delivery can take up to 48 or 72 hours.

     

    How much is shipping?

    Simple: for all deliveries in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) shipping price is 4.95 € and if your order exceeds 100 € (including VAT) shipping is FREE.

    For deliveries in Balearic the price depends on the weight of transport:

    Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

    Yes, this way you can save the cost of delivery. To do this you must select "Pickup DNAartisan" when you have to select the carrier during the checkout process.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. You can know the status of your order is through "Order history" or by contacting us HERE.

    As soon as your order is not in the hands of transportation receive an e-mail informing you when you receive the order. Clicking in the shipping number will know where your order is at all times.

     

    What do I do when I had my order?

    It is important to take your order checks that the box is in perfect condition. If the box is visually beaten or have symptoms of a broken product, like being wet box, you should reflect that status on the delivery receipt of the transit agency.

    This aspect is very important in order to claim any damage to the shipping agent.

     

    Where will I receive my order?

    We will deliver your order on the delivery address you have entered in the purchasing process. You can modify it in “My addresses in My account”.

     

    Can I change my delivery address?

    Yes. You can change it in “My addresses in My account”.

     

    Where do you deliver?

    We deliver throughout the Spanish territory except Ceuta and Melilla. For deliveries outside Spain and Canary contact us.

    How will I receive my order?

    Orders ship them properly packed in boxes and necessary to arrive at the correct protection.

     

    What happens if I miss a delivery?

    Our carrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. You should contact them to arrange a new delivery.

    You can specify the delivery address of your work if you know you'll be there most of the day.

     

    Can I return my order?

    Yes. You can return any product you receive.

    If you've received the order in perfect condition and is not a mistake by DNAartisan have a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of order to call for its return. After these days we will not accept any returns. Transport costs for these returns must pay the customer.

    If you've received the order with a defective product, bad or you received something you did not order, so transportation costs for the return and the subsequent shipment will be borne by DNAartisan.
