Cava Brut Nature Gran Reserva Especial produced by Alsina & Sardà inside of Consejo Regulador CAVA. Elaborated with 50% xarel·lo grape and 50% chardonay grape, fermentated at low temperature in stainless steel tanks and with second fermentation in the bottle. This CAVA has an aging of 36 to 48 months.
Yellow colour with green overtones, elegant with fine bubbles. Floral aromas, with nuances of white fruit and honey, with a background of coffee roasting. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and lengthy.
